All copy orders and/or filings which normally generate a response back from this office must be accompanied with a self-addressed stamped envelope. Please make checks payable to Norfolk Probate and Family Court, 35 Shawmut Road, Canton, MA 02021. If you desire to order a copy and are unable to determine the cost, simply leave the amount of the check blank and limit its value by inserting the words "not to exceed $_____" Massachusetts General Laws require the payment of filing and other fees, by the petitioner, libelant or accountant in the Probate Courts, and that they be paid in advance.
