Welcome to the virtual Probate and Family Court of Norfolk County. My name is Patrick McDermott and, as the Register of the Norfolk Probate and Family Court, I am proud to offer this innovative approach in an effort to assist you. It is my hope that the technology of the 21st Century will provide the opportunity to inform the public about the operations of our court.
The internet is one device that can be utilized to provide informational services to attorneys, pro-se litigants and the general public who use this Court. Please understand that we are unable to provide case specific information on the website. The Massachusetts Trial Court is presently developing a comprehensive computer system, known as Masscourts, for all courts in the Commonwealth.
When completed, Masscourts will provide a
state of the art computer system with enhanced
capabilities that will benefit users and members of the public.
